We are happy to provide our valued registered business customers with free samples, up to $20 per order. Most items are available with either random logos or blank. We can send you a sample of the actual item you are looking to purchase on our website.

Our sample service is intended to help those who are seriously considering an item or are looking for ideas. We reserve the right to refuse to send samples at our discretion.

Please note that samples may take 5 - 10 business days or more to arrive. Promo Direct will pay for shipping and handling via UPS Ground service. You can provide your shipping account number if you would like the shipment sooner. Most items available online do not ship from the same location.
